All purchases made through the Newlyn Smocks site are processed using PayPal. You can pay with an existing PayPal account or simply use the credit or debit card option displayed when you check out. Paypal is our preferred method as it gives our customers piece of mind by ensuring a safe and secure way to make purchases online.

Pay by Cheque

If you would prefer to pay for your order by cheque please contact us with your order details. Please note we can only accept UK cheques in sterling.

Make cheques payable to Newlyn Smocks and send your order to the address shown on the Contact us page. Please include the number of your cheque guarantee card on the back.

Delivery Charges

Postage and Packing is free for all orders within the United Kingdom only. 

We will dispatch your order using Royal Mail, Tracked 24 post, usually on the same day that you place your order (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed after 10am will be sent the next working day.  

International Orders
If you are outside the UK, the following delivery charges will apply (please contact us to let us know what you would like to order so we can send you an email to confirm postage fee due if ordering more than one smock)  When an International order is placed we will send you a PayPal Invoice for the postage fee to send your order First Class Air Mail, track and sign.  If we do not receive your postage payment, your order will be cancelled, and a refund will be made.
Europe           £15.00 for 1 smock
Asia Oceania £24.00 for 1 smock
Americas       £24.00 for 1 smock

If you need your order quickly please contact us and we can give you an individual quote for next day delivery.



​Returns

We are confidant that you will be happy with your purchase, but in the unlikely event that you are not, we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund, provided the item is returned in a brand new, unworn condition. Items need to be returned within 14 days of purchase. 
Exchange/Refunds; Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility. 

Refunds do not include the cost of postage and
will not be accepted if the item is not in its original condition.
